Can I pick up my order in person?
Unfortunately, I do not offer order pickups at this time. However, you can visit me at conventions!

How do I download my purchased PDF content?
After completing your order, you’ll see a download button next to the downloadable item. Press the button and the item will be downloaded to your computer.
My item is out of stock, what now?
I work hard to keep popular items in stock. If something is unavailable, check for back-order options to secure it as soon as possible.
When will you send my order?
Usually, orders will be sent on the following days:
* Monday
* Wednesday
* Friday
Under certain circumstances, orders might be sent on different days, for example when there are conventions.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via the [Contact form] with your order details. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may be eligible for a return or refund.
Can I return my order?
Yes, I accept returns for unused and unopened items within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please fill in and send the [Return Form (Ninja)] with your order details.
