Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing any reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product. You will be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. However, the cost of returning the product from your home to the web store is your responsibility.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Tell Tale Adventures, with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
To exercise this right, you can contact Tell Tale Adventures via the form below. Tell Tale Adventures will refund the owed order amount within 14 days of receiving your return notification, provided the product has been received in good condition and refund information is registered.
Exceptions to Returns
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:
- Sealed products.
- Products that are not returnable once the seal is broken.
- Products made according to the consumer’s specifications.
- Products that are clearly personal in nature.
- Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned.
- Products that spoil or age quickly.
- Products whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market beyond Tell Tale Adventures’ control.
Warranty
If a product is unexpectedly damaged upon delivery or shows a defect, this must be reported to Tell Tale Adventures as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours after delivery, via the Contact Form or tellme@telltaleadventures.com.
The consumer may request Tell Tale Adventures to:
- Take back the product and refund the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs.
- Replace the product with a new item upon return of the defective product.
- Take back the product and offer an alternative. (Return costs will always be borne by the consumer unless otherwise agreed in writing by Tell Tale Adventures and the consumer before the return.)
All new products come with a warranty according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms. These terms can be found on the manufacturer’s website.
The warranty becomes void if the consumer attempts to repair the product independently or involves third parties, or if the product is damaged due to improper use.
